This voluptuous little darling is Julie Bruin.

She is actually a character that appeared for 1 minute, in one episode of Tiny Toon Adventures, way back in 1992, the year I was born. She was created as a spoof of Julie Ann Brown, who was apparently a comedian, song-writer, and producer. She was on a sketch comedy show called "The Edge" with Wayne Knight and voice actor Tom Kenny, she wrote and produced the movie "Earth Girls are Easy," and she had a music video show on MTV called "Just Say Julie Brown;" which is how this character above came to be.

The Spoof segment, "Just Say Julie Bruin," appeared in a MTV spoof episode of Tiny Toons, where Julie Brown provides the voice of her own spoof. She even gets to make another one of her trade-mark Madonna jokes by poking fun at the resident Madonna spoof, Fadonna (Elmer Fudd as Madonna).

Anyways, the whole buzz about this character is that when you first see her, especially if you don't get the joke, like I didn't at first; you're hit with the fact that this sexy bear character has the biggest boobs in children's television history. I mean, I have NEVER seen a female animated character more well-endowed than this. And she's a spunky little lady too. So I became fond of her instantly. It's a shame they only ever needed to have this character appear once on the show. However, Julie Brown, the comedian, went on to provide the voice for Minerva Mink, who was another rarely used character, on "Animaniacs." Though she did get 3 full cartoon shorts instead of a single minute piece.

Julie Bruin here seems to have garnered some attention from other people, struck by her design as I was. She was designed and animated by TMS, the same people who brought you some of the best outsourced animation in US television history (Animaniacs, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, The Real Ghostbusters, Ducktales, and more). They are also the people who own and have animated my favorite anime, Lupin the 3rd since the 1970s. And they always come up with awesome designs for characters. So it's no wonder they went a little overboard with Julie here.

Sorry if that was a lot to read, but that should get you well aquianted with where this character came from. I had to show my love for a beautiful lady, even if she is animated. =P
